Stretchologist (Assisted Stretch Practitioner) | Commission-Based | Loudon & Madisonville, TN

Be part of something new.
Anytime Fitness is expanding beyond the gym floor, and we're launching a dedicated assisted stretching program. We're looking for a motivated, people-focused Stretchologist to help build this service from the ground up. This is a true startup opportunity inside an established, trusted brand: you'll help shape how the program runs, grow your own client base, and earn more as it grows.

Why assisted stretching matters:
Assisted stretching helps clients move better, feel better, and recover faster. Our members will come to you for:

Improved flexibility and range of motion.
Relief from everyday stiffness, tension, and muscle tightness.
Better posture and reduced aches from long days at a desk or on their feet.
Faster recovery from workouts and support for injury prevention.
More confidence and independence in daily movement, especially for our active-aging members.

You'll be the person who makes that difference for them, session after session.

What you'll do:

Lead one-on-one assisted stretch sessions (25 and 50 minutes).
Assess each client's mobility and tailor sessions to their goals.
Build lasting client relationships and help them commit to ongoing programs.
Help introduce and promote the program to members and the community.
Split your time between our Loudon and Madisonville clubs, just 18 miles apart.

Who we're looking for:

Background in stretching, massage therapy, physical therapy support, personal training, yoga, kinesiology, or a related field (certification preferred, not required; we'll train the right person).
Strong understanding of the body and safe, effective stretching techniques.
Warm, professional, and great at connecting with people of all ages and fitness levels.
Self-starter who's excited to grow a new program and a personal book of clients.
Reliable transportation to work at both locations.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based position. You'll earn a percentage of the revenue from the clients you serve, with your earnings growing directly as your client base grows. The more clients you build and keep, the more you make. Flexible scheduling is available.

Why join us:

Get in on the ground floor of a new service with room to grow.
Two locations means more clients and more earning potential.
Supportive ownership team that wants this program, and you, to succeed.
Training provided on our methods and session formats.

Ready to help people move better?
Apply today with your resume and a short note on your stretching or movement background.
