Position Summary:

We’re looking for a motivated, energetic, and people-oriented Member Service Representative to join our team part-time. This front-facing role is all about providing 5-star customer service, helping prospective and current members feel welcome, informed, and excited to be part of our fitness family.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional, 5-star service to every member and guest.
Make outbound calls and follow-ups to prospective members using our CRM/prospect database.
Schedule and coordinate fitness consultations and tours.
Engage with prospects through in-person conversations, phone calls, and follow-ups to convert leads into members.
Guide new members through a smooth onboarding process to ensure long-term success.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming club environment.
Support membership growth goals through consistent prospecting and lead nurturing.
Stay informed on club promotions, membership options, and services to confidently assist members and prospects.
Embody and promote the values and mission of Anytime Fitness.

What We’re Looking For:

Positive, outgoing, and friendly personality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Passion for health, fitness, and helping others.
Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
Must be comfortable making calls and initiating conversations with strangers.
Flexible availability preferred, including some evenings or weekends.
