Gym Manager - Sales & Operations Leader

We’re looking for a leader who can drive revenue, hold a team accountable, and create a high-energy, results-driven gym environment.

You will be responsible for both sales performance and daily operations—this role is for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and gets things done without being micromanaged.

What You’ll Do:
  • Drive membership sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage and coach trainers and staff for performance and accountability.
  • Oversee daily gym operations (cleanliness, organization, scheduling).
  • Ensure a high-level member experience and retention.
  • Handle leads, tours, and follow-ups (this is a sales role).
  • Track key metrics (sales, retention, trainer performance).
  • Solve problems quickly and proactively.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong leadership skills—you’re comfortable holding people accountable.
  • Sales experience (fitness industry preferred, but not required).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Self-starter who doesn’t need constant direction.
  • Confident communicator (with staff and members).
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
  • Passion for fitness and helping people succeed.
